Quantity Surveyor

This highly regarded main contractor deliver complex projects for both public and private sector clients. Projects in the pipeline are $1-$10M and include commercial, retail, education and interiors.

You will be involved in multiple concurrent projects from pricing, tendering, contract administration, subcontractor procurement and negotiation, cost reporting through to final account.

Auckland QS experience within commercial construction on projects from $5M - $10M is essential. A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying along with 3-5 years experience is ideal.

You will be a solid performer with a great attitude to learn and work well with the team.

You must be legally entitled to work and currently living in New Zealand to be considered for this role.
